Hotel Policy

Check in - Check Out

Check-in time around the clock and check-out time is 09:00 Hours.
Early check-in and Late check-out up to a maximum of three hours, subject to availability.
Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged one night’s room rate.
Use of a room for day use between 09:30hrs – 1600hrs will be charged at 70% of published tariff, subject to availability and spot booking.

Room Occupancy

Max 3 Adults only (2 + 1 extra person).
Extra mattress will be provided for extra person
Meal Supplements @ 400/- per person per meal.

Child Policy

Infants and Children below the age of 5 years to 10 years without extra bed, will be complimentary. But food will be chargeable.
Child taking an extra mattress, adult rate will be applicable.
Child above 10 years are treated as Adult.

Payment Policy

Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off date after which they will be released.
Rooms will be blocked only after 50% of the advance payment.
Bookings confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
Please note that rupee rates are applicable for Resident Indian National or Foreigners holding Indian Resident/Work Permits.
Rates subject to change without prior intimation.
For online booking, extra person charges and other charges if any will be collected on arrival.

Cancellation

Full refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
75% refund for cancellation received 29-14 days in advance.
50% refund for cancellation received 13-7 days in advance.
No refund for cancellation received less than 7 days in advance
No refund for peak season bookings between 15th December – 15th January
